IEEE MOROCCO - INTEL INNOVATION WEEK 2014

After the very successful first edition of innovation Week 2013 (iWeek ‘13) that took place in ENSIAS, IT engineering School of Mohammed V Souissi University , in May 20-25, 2013 and which was co-organized in close partnership among this School, Intel and IEEE Morocco Section and with the collaboration of many other partners from academia and industry, the second edition iWeek’14 will take place in ENSIAS, Rabat, Moroccco in June 2-7, 2014.

iWeek’14 theme “Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Intensive University“ aims to foster, promote and develop innovation and technology based entrepreneurship initiatives and ventures in the Moroccan University to help develop its role and Impact on national economy. Special focus will be put on actions and initiatives with an impact on practical approaches towards gaining and leveraging innovation and technological entrepreneurial experiences among Moroccan universities and engineering schools in collaboration with other partners and stakeholders already involved in this field, mainly companies, industries and small and medium enterprises SMEs.

iWeek’14 also aims to empower young university students and graduates with the required entrepreneurial tools necessary to take full advantage of the numerous opportunities offered by sustainable and green technologies.

IWeek’14 explores innovative technological ideas burgeoning in the Moroccan universities and engineering schools and attempts to help their owners and authors bring them to the market as innovative products and services addressing different need in our modern society.
